Partnership working is increasingly central to how we help people. By working alongside local organisations and public services, we can connect people with the right support earlier, tackle the issues that affect their lives and wellbeing, and help people with their problems before they reach crisis point.
We are a key partner within Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, working as part of a wider network to improve outcomes for local people and reduce pressure on health and public services.
